The Hanife room is a beautifully restored old cave/arched room with a connected cozy own bathroom, which once used as a pigeon house. While one side is carved out of the rock (you can also see an old locked tunnel entry inside the wardrobe) the bigger part of the room is build in the traditional ached 'kemer' (belt) way which is also typical for Cappadocia for centuries.

This room was inhabited by Hanife, an elder women who used to live here 35 years ago. The room was in a very bad shape when purchased and you can still see some pictures on the wall about the status quo before restoration. Despite we tried to keep the room as originally as possible, we added under floor radiation in the room and bathroom for your comfort in cooler days.

The Hanife room is one of our favourite rooms for a couple with spectacular views from the windows as well as an own terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs. It is a separate little house by its own with a very nice individual charme.
